Governance

Epic College operates as a company limited by guarantee, governed by its Memorandum and Articles of Association. According to these Articles, the management of the College's business, affairs, and property is entrusted to the EPIC College Council. The Council members serve as the Directors of the College.

The Council’s powers are defined within the Articles of Association.
The Council consists of 17 members, appointed annually for a term starting on November 1st. The appointment process is as follows:

• Five members are appointed by the Presbyterian Church of Victoria.
  
• Five members are nominated by the Old EPIC Collegians’ Association and appointed by the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church.
  
• Seven members are nominated by the School Council and subsequently approved and appointed by the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church.
