East Preston Islamic College (EPIC) is not a CRICOS school and can only enrol international students on their parents’ VISA if the parents are studying in Australia.

Students may enter the school at any year level depending on availability. Applications should be made at least 6 months in advance to avoid disappointment. If a place is unavailable, students will be placed on a holding list.

2023 Enrolment Fee: A non-refundable $50 per child is payable with the application.

• Students must be at least 5 years old before 30th April.
• Children born on 1st May or later cannot be enrolled in Primary for that year.
• Every child seeking enrolment should have attended kindergarten.
• School fees remain payable during extended absences.
• No refund will apply for fees already paid.

Please note: A proportion of the funds raised or fees collected by the College may be used to support the operation of the Early Learning Centre.

Payment Methods

50% of tuition fees must be paid in advance before the beginning of Term 1, and the final payment must be made before the beginning of Term 4 (14 days prior).

Students commencing mid-year must pay a full pro-rata amount in advance.

Absences & Withdrawal

School fees are payable during long-term absences. Notice of withdrawal must comply with College requirements.
