At EPIC College, the Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Program is designed to develop not just physical skill, but mental toughness, focus, and respect. Training & Skill Development
Students receive comprehensive training that includes grappling, striking, defense techniques, and controlled sparring. Each phase focuses on improving technical skill while ensuring safety and mutual respect. Sessions also include strength conditioning, flexibility training, and mental discipline exercises.
Competitions & Exposure
The MMA Program provides students with opportunities to compete in inter-school tournaments and friendly matches. Observational trips to local MMA events and seminars with professional fighters inspire students to learn from the best and gain a real-world understanding of mixed martial arts culture.
Safety and Mentorship
Safety and mentorship are central to every training session. All classes are supervised by qualified MMA coaches, with strict safety protocols in place. Protective gear, supervised drills, and respectful practice ensure a positive, growth-oriented environment for all participants.
